Welcome to my website!! I hope to speak or meet you in person soon!! In my early 40s, I decided on a career change and went to Real Estate school. I LOVE this job! Helping people with one of their biggest life decisions is the best! I have lived in alot of the Central & Southern Ohio area, so my range of knowledge spans across numerous Central Ohio counties - Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Ross, Hocking, Fayette, Delaware, Madison and more! Rayna has sold 2 houses for my husband I and helped us find our forever home. She always made herself available to us even at a moments notice. Rayna Morgan was a very nice realtor but was not very helpful! She did help with selling our home and took us to a few homes to look at after our home sold but we decided to go with a new build. She did mention that she didn't have much experience with new builds but would get more info on it from co-workers who did, long story short, she was not helpful at all! She was never at any of our meetings on the process of the new build or assisting with finding a short term apartment for us to live in while our home was being built in the area we needed. We even at one point asked her to see if she could talk to the new build company to see about any discounts we could get and she couldn't but we ended up talking to them and they gave one to us. And after all this her company was trying to charge me a fee that I was never told of, which she did remove! No thank you card or gift was given at closing after getting commission on a 300k home!! I would not recommend!!

As a first time home buyer my husband and I didn't know what to expect and were nervous about buying our first house. My goal was to be in a house before Christmas and Rayna made that happen. She helped us every step of the way! She helped us understand the process and answered every question we had. She found us the PERFECT home for us. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. You will NOT be disappointed!

After years of living in apartments, this was our first experience working with a realtor to find a rental home. Rayna Morgan was recommended to us by a friend-of-a-friend, and we appreciated how helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative she was with us. Rayna found us just the right rental house in one of our preferred neighborhoods, in our budget, with almost all of the amenities we had wanted (enough space, fenced yard for the dog, good commutes, walking distance to parks, good neighborhood for walking, central air, W&D included, etc.). Our search process took just a couple of months, and during that time Rayna corresponded with us mainly through email; as we got closer to visiting in person, we also called and texted to coordinate our property visits. We appreciated Rayna's non-pushy, efficient, and friendly approach to showing us properties. During the search, I appreciated that Rayna understood our criteria but was also able to suggest extra ideas that we didn't know as outsiders to Columbus. Our search was primarily done long-distance, so Rayna set us up with a great portal online to send us updated listings based on our geographical criteria, budget, square footage, and pet needs. We would highly recommend working with Rayna Morgan.
